Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.

Many thanks to Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors, Frinsbury Road, Strood, from the first phone call they listened to what we had to say and with great professionalism and an understanding attitude they helped arrange my Husband's funeral everything went perfectly. Such a personal service provided by Colin, we would highly recommend them.

Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.

Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. Our family used this funeral directors 8 years ago after our dad passed and more recently when our mother passed. From day one the service we received on both funerals was second to none. The support Emma and Tara gave us was amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone. I honestly had no idea what i was doing, and you made it all so easy, even in the strange and uncertain time with the virus. Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done. For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing. Dear Colin, We would just like to thank you all for making my Dad’s celebration of life so perfect. The coffin was outstanding, along with the slide show. The time and effort put in by yourself was truly outstanding. Although it was never going to be an easy experience, myself, mum and brothers actually left the service feeling proud and happy that everything was so him!
