Where to start, after my Father passed away Colin and his team were so helpful, professional and ensured my Dad's send off was exactly as he would have wanted it. The Celebrant he recommended (Gemma) was amazing, the florist he recommended (Pick a Posy) gave us stunning array of funeral flowers. All in all Colin made a heartbreaking day pass so smoothly without fault. Thanks Colin, would highly recommend your services.

We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care. Emma is a deeply caring, compassionate and intuitive funeral director. She provides amazing care for the families she supports and ensures that their loved ones are treated with dignity, respect and gentleness whilst they are in her care. She has wonderful attention to detail, both during funeral preparations and on the day itself. She will ALWAYS go the extra mile and is one of the most professional and empathetic funeral directors I have had the privilege of working with. She is also supported by a phenomenal team and the entire company's ethos ensures that families end up with the perfect, personal farewell to those whose lives are being honoured. Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.

I cannot recommend Medway Funerals enough. We had the very sad experience of cremating my dad but Colin and his staff went above and beyond. No request was too much and they bent over backwards to carry out our wishes. They were so helpful from beginning to end doing everything they could for us at this very difficult time. We hope not to be seeing you again soon but should we require these type of services again in the future we shall definitely be returning. Thank you again from myself and my family x

Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done.
