Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.

Colin arranged both my parents' funerals and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble. Colin is very sensitive, kind and compassionate which is what you need when you have lost someone you love. Colin made sure that everything went smoothly and considers even very small details. I cannot recommend Colin and his company highly enough.

At the most difficult time of our lives having to say goodbye to the most amazing man, my father Mick, Colin at Medway funeral Directors helped us arrange his funeral. We cannot even bring to words how grateful we are to have had Colin help us lay my Dad to rest! Colin is so respectful, kind caring and made us feel so at ease and that our Dad was being so well looked after. He gave us recommendations to what would be suitable for our needs and even the aftercare of dealing with Dads Ashes is amazing!!! Colin you are an amazing man and we are truely grateful for everything!! Thank you!!!

Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done. For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing.
