I used the best funeral directors to manage my 106 year old mum's funeral, they organized everything for me, ordering the flowers, creating the order of service, that relieved the pressure on me to produce it. We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care. Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. At the most difficult time of our lives having to say goodbye to the most amazing man, my father Mick, Colin at Medway funeral Directors helped us arrange his funeral. We cannot even bring to words how grateful we are to have had Colin help us lay my Dad to rest! Colin is so respectful, kind caring and made us feel so at ease and that our Dad was being so well looked after. He gave us recommendations to what would be suitable for our needs and even the aftercare of dealing with Dads Ashes is amazing!!!
