Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. Death is never easy for anyone. Being a married couple we have come across death in our life. However, losing our baby boy Beau a week before Christmas has broken us more than we could have ever imagined. We were lucky enough for Colin to carryout a funeral for one of our family members two years ago. Whilst dropping off something previously he mentioned that he leaves a night light on for all the little angels in his care. This resonated with our family and little did we know that we would need it. As you can imagine in hospital saying goodbye to your little man would never be easy but knowing Colin would look after him, made it possible for us to go home. Throughout the planning of the funeral, Colin did everything to make the day special, be it arranging a private car for just mum, dad and baby, to picking out the right celebrant. Walking in with my husband as he carried our boys casket and making sure we were okay and had our alone time at the end of the ceremony. We also had a charity go to Medway Funeral Directors to do hand and feet casting and the review they gave of Colin was outstanding with the care and attention he took with our baby. I don't think we could ever truly express or show our gratitude how much Colin has helped throughout the whole process. And given even after all of this when the funeral was over and my husband shook his hand and handed him a roll of money, he simply refused and said that it was his honour.

My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything. At the most difficult time of our lives having to say goodbye to the most amazing man, my father Mick, Colin at Medway funeral Directors helped us arrange his funeral. We cannot even bring to words how grateful we are to have had Colin help us lay my Dad to rest! Colin is so respectful, kind caring and made us feel so at ease and that our Dad was being so well looked after. He gave us recommendations to what would be suitable for our needs and even the aftercare of dealing with Dads Ashes is amazing!!! Colin you are an amazing man and we are truely grateful for everything!! Thank you!!!

On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum
