I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin and his team for their help, support and dedication to the service provided to me for my husband. From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time. Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.

On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum

We have used Colin at the Strood office for 2 funerals now and have been very impressed each time. Everything was explained very carefully and we were able to have what we wanted in terms of music from a CD. Suggestions were made which we really liked such as flowers for everybody to place on the casket. Many people who attended have also commented on how lovely the service was which is also thanks to the celebrants who were recommended to us. The florist recommendation was also excellent.

Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved.
