On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum

I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.

Sadly lost my mother in December 2022. I cannot fault Medway Funeral Directors in any way. They have been so professional and most importantly have the upmost respect for whoever is in their care. Colin arranged both my parents' funerals and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble. Colin is very sensitive, kind and compassionate which is what you need when you have lost someone you love. Colin made sure that everything went smoothly and considers even very small details. I cannot recommend Colin and his company highly enough.

Just a little note

Dear Emma and to all of you at Chatham Medway Funeral Service I just wanted to say a Big Thank You for all of the care you gave to my mum MAP. Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done. For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing. I cannot thank you enough for giving my mum, such a dignified send off, with all the little extras.
