Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

  • Sadly lost my mother in December 2022. I cannot fault Medway Funeral Directors in any way. They have been so professional and most importantly have the upmost respect for whoever is in their care. Colin was fantastic and always more than happy to help. Could not recommend enough !   • I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x

  • I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

  • I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.
