Where to start, after my Father passed away Colin and his team were so helpful, professional and ensured my Dad's send off was exactly as he would have wanted it. The Celebrant he recommended (Gemma) was amazing, the florist he recommended (Pick a Posy) gave us stunning array of funeral flowers. All in all Colin made a heartbreaking day pass so smoothly without fault. Thanks Colin, would highly recommend your services.

Medway Funeral Directors , Colin and the team , were above and beyond my expectations regarding my husband care and funeral. My husband died sudden and unexpectedly and Colin went out of his way to ease any pressure and difficulty arising regarding dealing with the death and the afterlife care of my darling Nick. Always welcoming and friendly. The hospital had kept my husband body for a longer than expected time due to an inquest arising. Colin and the team collected Nick from the hospital, cared for him and assisted in any arrangements I needed to make. I never felt pressured or rushed In any way. Colin arranged and advised in all accounts- even to the point of me viewing my husband prior to the funeral. Always available when I needed to pop in, to see Nick, feel Nick or talk about Nick. I had a lot of jewellery made with Nicks ashes and Colin game me a small piece of Nick to carry with me to comfort me, while awaiting the completion of all jewellery using any ashes and then any spare ashes being reunited with Nicks main ashes. I cannot thank Colin and the team enough, the personal service has bonded us a good friendship and I will endeavour to keep in touch, now I have my darling Nick home, safe and sound after many moths of torment. I recommend this small, personal, family run and intimate business to anyone in need of guidance and confident their support and love for your loved one , will shine above and beyond your expectations x thank you Colin and the Whole Team ???????? kind Regards Mrs P x

I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x

From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time.
