  • Medway Funeral Director's offered a truly unique and personal funeral for my brother. They used his own vehicle to take him to the crematorium and the whole funeral was yellow themed to match. It felt more like an outing than a funeral, the friendly staff were lovely and put us at ease at such a sad time.

  • As a funeral celebrant, I am privileged to work with some of the best Funeral Directors in the industry. But there are always those that have a special place in your heart because you see how they always go that extra mile to give their families more, and to give them ideas to make the funeral for their loved ones something unique and special to them. Colin who runs the Frindsbury branch of Medway Funeral Directors is just such a person. I have seen the time and effort he puts in to helping his families at the most painful of times to find comfort in all the things he can put in place to give their loved ones a totally unique and special send of. He is very special and I am privileged to work with him. The ultimate professional and caring with it.

  • So much care and compassion was given by Emma to our family during such a difficult time. It made the whole process much easier to deal with and felt like we were in good hands the whole time.   • I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.

  • Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.
