Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

  • I used the best funeral directors to manage my 106 year old mum's funeral, they organized everything for me, ordering the flowers, creating the order of service, that relieved the pressure on me to produce it. Colin and his team organised everything and I cannot thank them enough. It was a perfect day, the whole experience went without a hitch.

  • Medway Funeral Directors was recommended for my mother’s funeral, and we were not disappointed. Colin was considerate and professional, we felt that we were in safe hands.   • On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum
