I couldn't recommend Colin and his team more at Medway Funeral Directors. I lost my Mum when she was only 48 years old and only being 22 myself I felt very lost and had obviously never had this responsibility before, but Colin was so helpful and nothing was ever too much for him and his team. From our first initial meeting, to planning the funeral day and all the little details, taking Mum into their care, sorting out the cars and flowers for us, and now sorting out the ashes, Colin has been amazing. Such a warm and helpful team that makes dealing with such a hard time a lot easier. Every single person who attended the service on the day and all of our close friends and family who we had spoken with about Medway Funeral Directors couldn't help but mention how professional they were, and how great they just were overall, and we couldn't agree more. We put our full trust into Medway Funeral Directors and we can truly say that we did the right thing with picking them to be our funeral directors, and in the unfortunate event of another death in the family we can say wholeheartedly that we wouldn't even think of looking anywhere else - they just hit the nail on the head. Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. Colin & his team at Medway Funeral Directors are with you every step of the way to help & support you through the saddest & most difficult time of your life. Thank You So So Much ????

I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin and his team for their help, support and dedication to the service provided to me for my husband. From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time. I would definitely recommend Medway Funeral Directors to anyone looking for an independent Funeral Director at this difficult time in their life. They are 5* plus! We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our baby daughter who was sadly born sleeping. Any funeral is horrible to have to arrange, but as you can image it's super hard for your baby. Colin really was superb every step of the way through organising, for the actual day and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. He even helped us with being able to drive our girl to the funeral in our campervan. He listened to our wishes and helped match us to a lovely life celebrant Chele who was fabulous. Colin also helped us with a florist too, again they were fantastic and helped make stunning garlands for Helga our camper. On the actual funeral day everything was just perfect and went so smoothly (other than the weather) and I really can not thank Colin and his team enough for their support and professionalism. I will always be grateful for such a beautiful day for our daughter

5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.
