I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x

I couldn't recommend Colin and his team more at Medway Funeral Directors. I lost my Mum when she was only 48 years old and only being 22 myself I felt very lost and had obviously never had this responsibility before, but Colin was so helpful and nothing was ever too much for him and his team. From our first initial meeting, to planning the funeral day and all the little details, taking Mum into their care, sorting out the cars and flowers for us, and now sorting out the ashes, Colin has been amazing. Such a warm and helpful team that makes dealing with such a hard time a lot easier. Every single person who attended the service on the day and all of our close friends and family who we had spoken with about Medway Funeral Directors couldn't help but mention how professional they were, and how great they just were overall, and we couldn't agree more. We put our full trust into Medway Funeral Directors and we can truly say that we did the right thing with picking them to be our funeral directors, and in the unfortunate event of another death in the family we can say wholeheartedly that we wouldn't even think of looking anywhere else - they just hit the nail on the head. Medway Funeral Directors , Colin and the team , were above and beyond my expectations regarding my husband care and funeral. My husband died sudden and unexpectedly and Colin went out of his way to ease any pressure and difficulty arising regarding dealing with the death and the afterlife care of my darling Nick. Always welcoming and friendly. The hospital had kept my husband body for a longer than expected time due to an inquest arising. Colin and the team collected Nick from the hospital, cared for him and assisted in any arrangements I needed to make. I never felt pressured or rushed In any way. Colin arranged and advised in all accounts- even to the point of me viewing my husband prior to the funeral. Always available when I needed to pop in, to see Nick, feel Nick or talk about Nick. I had a lot of jewellery made with Nicks ashes and Colin game me a small piece of Nick to carry with me to comfort me, while awaiting the completion of all jewellery using any ashes and then any spare ashes being reunited with Nicks main ashes. I cannot thank Colin and the team enough, the personal service has bonded us a good friendship and I will endeavour to keep in touch, now I have my darling Nick home, safe and sound after many moths of torment. I recommend this small, personal, family run and intimate business to anyone in need of guidance and confident their support and love for your loved one , will shine above and beyond your expectations x thank you Colin and the Whole Team ???????? kind Regards Mrs P x

We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care. Our family used this funeral directors 8 years ago after our dad passed and more recently when our mother passed. From day one the service we received on both funerals was second to none. The support Emma and Tara gave us was amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
