  • I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and care of a close family friends service. Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

  • So much care and compassion was given by Emma to our family during such a difficult time. It made the whole process much easier to deal with and felt like we were in good hands the whole time. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved.
