  • At the most difficult time of our lives having to say goodbye to the most amazing man, my father Mick, Colin at Medway funeral Directors helped us arrange his funeral. We cannot even bring to words how grateful we are to have had Colin help us lay my Dad to rest! Colin is so respectful, kind caring and made us feel so at ease and that our Dad was being so well looked after. He gave us recommendations to what would be suitable for our needs and even the aftercare of dealing with Dads Ashes is amazing!!!   • In a time of grief, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but Emma guided us through the arrangements with compassion and patience. I was always listened to, never rushed and any requirements we had were accommodated. Emma and the team are able to give a very personal, caring service while maintaining complete professionalism. This makes you feel that your loved one is in good hands. I cannot fault the service given and would absolutely recommend them.

All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. We even planned a Golden Charter with them and this was managed kindly and expediently.   • Colin arranged both my parents' funerals and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble. Colin is very sensitive, kind and compassionate which is what you need when you have lost someone you love. Colin made sure that everything went smoothly and considers even very small details. I cannot recommend Colin and his company highly enough.
