5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.

Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. Colin & his team at Medway Funeral Directors are with you every step of the way to help & support you through the saddest & most difficult time of your life. Thank You So So Much ????

I honestly had no idea what i was doing, and you made it all so easy, even in the strange and uncertain time with the virus. Emma, i absolutely hate talking on the phone, gives me so much anxiety, but that very quickly went away with how kind and caring you are. Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done. For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing. I cannot thank you enough for giving my mum, such a dignified send off, with all the little extras. Dear Colin, We would just like to thank you all for making my Dad’s celebration of life so perfect. The coffin was outstanding, along with the slide show. The time and effort put in by yourself was truly outstanding.
