  • At the most difficult time of our lives having to say goodbye to the most amazing man, my father Mick, Colin at Medway funeral Directors helped us arrange his funeral. We cannot even bring to words how grateful we are to have had Colin help us lay my Dad to rest! Colin is so respectful, kind caring and made us feel so at ease and that our Dad was being so well looked after. He gave us recommendations to what would be suitable for our needs and even the aftercare of dealing with Dads Ashes is amazing!!! Colin you are an amazing man and we are truely grateful for everything!! Thank you!!!

  • I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x

  • We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our baby daughter who was sadly born sleeping. Any funeral is horrible to have to arrange, but as you can image it's super hard for your baby. Colin really was superb every step of the way through organising, for the actual day and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. He even helped us with being able to drive our girl to the funeral in our campervan. He listened to our wishes and helped match us to a lovely life celebrant Chele who was fabulous. Colin also helped us with a florist too, again they were  fantastic and helped make stunning garlands for Helga our camper. On the actual funeral day everything was just perfect and went so smoothly (other than the weather) and I really can not thank Colin and his team enough for their support and professionalism. I will always be grateful for such a beautiful day for our daughter

  • I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.

All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. We even planned a Golden Charter with them and this was managed kindly and expediently. Safe hands, compassionate and caring with attention to detail and following the loved ones wishes and those of their family. What more could you wish for.
