Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.

Medway Funeral Directors , Colin and the team , were above and beyond my expectations regarding my husband care and funeral. My husband died sudden and unexpectedly and Colin went out of his way to ease any pressure and difficulty arising regarding dealing with the death and the afterlife care of my darling Nick. Always welcoming and friendly. The hospital had kept my husband body for a longer than expected time due to an inquest arising. Colin and the team collected Nick from the hospital, cared for him and assisted in any arrangements I needed to make. I never felt pressured or rushed In any way. Colin arranged and advised in all accounts- even to the point of me viewing my husband prior to the funeral. Always available when I needed to pop in, to see Nick, feel Nick or talk about Nick. I had a lot of jewellery made with Nicks ashes and Colin game me a small piece of Nick to carry with me to comfort me, while awaiting the completion of all jewellery using any ashes and then any spare ashes being reunited with Nicks main ashes. I cannot thank Colin and the team enough, the personal service has bonded us a good friendship and I will endeavour to keep in touch, now I have my darling Nick home, safe and sound after many moths of torment. I recommend this small, personal, family run and intimate business to anyone in need of guidance and confident their support and love for your loved one , will shine above and beyond your expectations x thank you Colin and the Whole Team ???????? kind Regards Mrs P x

In a time of grief, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but Emma guided us through the arrangements with compassion and patience. I was always listened to, never rushed and any requirements we had were accommodated. Emma and the team are able to give a very personal, caring service while maintaining complete professionalism. This makes you feel that your loved one is in good hands. I cannot fault the service given and would absolutely recommend them.

I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.
