  • In September I was required to arrange the funeral of an old friend who lived some distance away from me. Not having had to arrange a funeral before, I was lucky to be put in touch with the Stood office of your company, where Colin Randall provided me with excellent service and guidance. He smoothed the way with all concerned, making arrangements with the vicar of a local church in Gravesend and giving me an outline of the procedure, together with useful advice. The help given in providing the printed Order of Service at very short notice particularly impressed me, together with giving me tips on local facilities such as taxis and refreshments for the mourners after the funeral. I can heartily recommend Medway Funeral Directors for the prompt, caring help and attention to detail that the company, and especially Colin Randall, gave me at such a difficult time. Alan Walters

He went out of his way to make sure we had the correct music and found a celebrant to fit the kind of service we wanted.   • So much care and compassion was given by Emma to our family during such a difficult time. It made the whole process much easier to deal with and felt like we were in good hands the whole time.   • Sadly lost my mother in December 2022. I cannot fault Medway Funeral Directors in any way. They have been so professional and most importantly have the upmost respect for whoever is in their care. Colin was fantastic and always more than happy to help. Could not recommend enough !
