I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x

I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin and his team for their help, support and dedication to the service provided to me for my husband. From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time. In September I was required to arrange the funeral of an old friend who lived some distance away from me. Not having had to arrange a funeral before, I was lucky to be put in touch with the Stood office of your company, where Colin Randall provided me with excellent service and guidance. He smoothed the way with all concerned, making arrangements with the vicar of a local church in Gravesend and giving me an outline of the procedure, together with useful advice. The help given in providing the printed Order of Service at very short notice particularly impressed me, together with giving me tips on local facilities such as taxis and refreshments for the mourners after the funeral. I can heartily recommend Medway Funeral Directors for the prompt, caring help and attention to detail that the company, and especially Colin Randall, gave me at such a difficult time. Alan Walters

Medway Funeral Director's offered a truly unique and personal funeral for my brother. They used his own vehicle to take him to the crematorium and the whole funeral was yellow themed to match. It felt more like an outing than a funeral, the friendly staff were lovely and put us at ease at such a sad time.
