  • I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.

  • Our family used this funeral directors 8 years ago after our dad passed and more recently when our mother passed. From day one the service we received on both funerals was second to none. The support Emma and Tara gave us was amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone.   • 5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.
