  • I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

  • They cared for my grandad so well. I visited my grandad & was comforted how peaceful & comfortable he looked. The coffin was lovely, it looked more like a moses basket. Colin was so kind & professional, it must be such a hard job & I really appreciated how lovely he is. Thank you

  • In a time of grief, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but Emma guided us through the arrangements with compassion and patience. I was always listened to, never rushed and any requirements we had were accommodated. Emma and the team are able to give a very personal, caring service while maintaining complete professionalism. This makes you feel that your loved one is in good hands. I cannot fault the service given and would absolutely recommend them.

All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved.   • We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our Father. From the very first meeting Colin put us at our ease and took the worry out of the day. He went out of his way to make sure we had the correct music and found a celebrant to fit the kind of service we wanted.
