  • Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.

  • Medway Funeral Directors was recommended for my mother’s funeral, and we were not disappointed. Colin was considerate and professional, we felt that we were in safe hands.   • 5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.
