How to begin, we lost our Mum, she was our world our Angel on earth. Mum knew she going and she had said a lot of what she wanted. She wanted the service on the Hill (Frindsbury), as a family we have used them under different owners over the years. My sister and I made the call in the early hours of the morning after Mum passed, the guys were prompt, efficient and caring. We then made an appointment to see the Funeral Director and this was Colin. No idea how long we sat with him but nothing was a problem. He guided and suggested with great care and compassion. We placed the whole service in his hands, Mum had chosen a coffin which Colin sourced for us, he put us in touch with an amazing Celebrant (Kathryn Sansom) and made all the arrangements. Not sure if our requests were different, fussy or OTT but it did not matter the attention Colin and team gave us was EXCELLENT. On the day Colin and the team wore Pink Ties as Mum had asked for Pink ... I can not praise them high enough even our Limo driver who had only passed his test a week previous! (Humour, but done perfectly to suit the time). You helped make Mum's celebration of life special. The only step you could have gone further would have been to bring her back!..... Thank You Colin and Team.

Medway Funeral Directors , Colin and the team , were above and beyond my expectations regarding my husband care and funeral. My husband died sudden and unexpectedly and Colin went out of his way to ease any pressure and difficulty arising regarding dealing with the death and the afterlife care of my darling Nick. Always welcoming and friendly. The hospital had kept my husband body for a longer than expected time due to an inquest arising. Colin and the team collected Nick from the hospital, cared for him and assisted in any arrangements I needed to make. I never felt pressured or rushed In any way. Colin arranged and advised in all accounts- even to the point of me viewing my husband prior to the funeral. Always available when I needed to pop in, to see Nick, feel Nick or talk about Nick. I had a lot of jewellery made with Nicks ashes and Colin game me a small piece of Nick to carry with me to comfort me, while awaiting the completion of all jewellery using any ashes and then any spare ashes being reunited with Nicks main ashes. I cannot thank Colin and the team enough, the personal service has bonded us a good friendship and I will endeavour to keep in touch, now I have my darling Nick home, safe and sound after many moths of torment. I recommend this small, personal, family run and intimate business to anyone in need of guidance and confident their support and love for your loved one , will shine above and beyond your expectations x thank you Colin and the Whole Team ???????? kind Regards Mrs P x

We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our baby daughter who was sadly born sleeping. Any funeral is horrible to have to arrange, but as you can image it's super hard for your baby. Colin really was superb every step of the way through organising, for the actual day and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. He even helped us with being able to drive our girl to the funeral in our campervan. He listened to our wishes and helped match us to a lovely life celebrant Chele who was fabulous. Colin also helped us with a florist too, again they were fantastic and helped make stunning garlands for Helga our camper. On the actual funeral day everything was just perfect and went so smoothly (other than the weather) and I really can not thank Colin and his team enough for their support and professionalism. I will always be grateful for such a beautiful day for our daughter

My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything. Medway Funeral Directors arranged the funerals for my Mother & Grandmother this spring. Colin was professional, understanding and respectful, always willing to do everything to make sure the funeral was right even though the arrangements were made over the phone due to the difficult circumstances this year.
