  • They cared for my grandad so well. I visited my grandad & was comforted how peaceful & comfortable he looked. The coffin was lovely, it looked more like a moses basket. Colin was so kind & professional, it must be such a hard job & I really appreciated how lovely he is. Thank you

  • I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin and his team for their help, support and dedication to the service provided to me for my husband. From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time. I would definitely recommend Medway Funeral Directors to anyone looking for an independent Funeral Director at this difficult time in their life. They are 5* plus!   • I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and care of a close family friends service. Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.
