  • I cannot recommend Medway Funerals enough. We had the very sad experience of cremating my dad but Colin and his staff went above and beyond. No request was too much and they bent over backwards to carry out our wishes. They were so helpful from beginning to end doing everything they could for us at this very difficult time. We hope not to be seeing you again soon but should we require these type of services again in the future we shall definitely be returning. Thank you again from myself and my family x

  • Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones. We have used Medway Funeral Directors 4 times in the last 5 years for our family members, and each time they have provided an absolutely outstanding, dignified and compassionate service. I must also add that the florist they use is absolutely amazing, from a brief description of a colour scheme of our wishes, they provided the most beautiful display & garland which everyone commented on & admired. Colin & his team at Medway Funeral Directors are with you every step of the way to help & support you through the saddest & most difficult time of your life. Thank You So So Much ????

  • So much care and compassion was given by Emma to our family during such a difficult time. It made the whole process much easier to deal with and felt like we were in good hands the whole time.   • Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.
