  • I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

  • Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.

  • Colin helped us through our very difficult time. His empathy and professionalism made the whole process of arranging the funeral stress free, and he and his team ultimately ensured that the day ran very smoothly. Colin's calm and measured approach is very reassuring and calming at a time when reassurance and calm is all important. I obviously don't wish to be using such services again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to go to Colin. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can't recommend him enough.

  • I cannot recommend Medway Funerals enough. We had the very sad experience of cremating my dad but Colin and his staff went above and beyond. No request was too much and they bent over backwards to carry out our wishes. They were so helpful from beginning to end doing everything they could for us at this very difficult time. We hope not to be seeing you again soon but should we require these type of services again in the future we shall definitely be returning. Thank you again from myself and my family x

  • We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care.
