  • We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our Father. From the very first meeting Colin put us at our ease and took the worry out of the day. He went out of his way to make sure we had the correct music and found a celebrant to fit the kind of service we wanted. We would like to thank Colin for the professional and considerate way he helped us with the arrangements.   • We have used Colin at the Strood office for 2 funerals now and have been very impressed each time. Everything was explained very carefully and we were able to have what we wanted in terms of music from a CD. Suggestions were made which we really liked such as flowers for everybody to place on the casket. Many people who attended have also commented on how lovely the service was which is also thanks to the celebrants who were recommended to us. The florist recommendation was also excellent.
