In September I was required to arrange the funeral of an old friend who lived some distance away from me. Not having had to arrange a funeral before, I was lucky to be put in touch with the Stood office of your company, where Colin Randall provided me with excellent service and guidance. He smoothed the way with all concerned, making arrangements with the vicar of a local church in Gravesend and giving me an outline of the procedure, together with useful advice. The help given in providing the printed Order of Service at very short notice particularly impressed me, together with giving me tips on local facilities such as taxis and refreshments for the mourners after the funeral. I can heartily recommend Medway Funeral Directors for the prompt, caring help and attention to detail that the company, and especially Colin Randall, gave me at such a difficult time. Alan Walters

They cared for my grandad so well. I visited my grandad & was comforted how peaceful & comfortable he looked. The coffin was lovely, it looked more like a moses basket. Colin was so kind & professional, it must be such a hard job & I really appreciated how lovely he is. Thank you

On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum

Sadly lost my mother in December 2022. I cannot fault Medway Funeral Directors in any way. They have been so professional and most importantly have the upmost respect for whoever is in their care. I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.

Just a little note

Dear Emma and to all of you at Chatham Medway Funeral Service I just wanted to say a Big Thank You for all of the care you gave to my mum MAP. Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done. For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing.
