  • Medway Funeral Directors arranged the funerals for my Mother & Grandmother this spring. Colin was professional, understanding and respectful, always willing to do everything to make sure the funeral was right even though the arrangements were made over the phone due to the difficult circumstances this year.   • My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything. I can’t thank them enough
