I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. As a funeral celebrant, I am privileged to work with some of the best Funeral Directors in the industry. But there are always those that have a special place in your heart because you see how they always go that extra mile to give their families more, and to give them ideas to make the funeral for their loved ones something unique and special to them. Colin who runs the Frindsbury branch of Medway Funeral Directors is just such a person. I have seen the time and effort he puts in to helping his families at the most painful of times to find comfort in all the things he can put in place to give their loved ones a totally unique and special send of. We have used Colin at the Strood office for 2 funerals now and have been very impressed each time. Everything was explained very carefully and we were able to have what we wanted in terms of music from a CD. Suggestions were made which we really liked such as flowers for everybody to place on the casket. Many people who attended have also commented on how lovely the service was which is also thanks to the celebrants who were recommended to us. The florist recommendation was also excellent.
