We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our Father. From the very first meeting Colin put us at our ease and took the worry out of the day. He went out of his way to make sure we had the correct music and found a celebrant to fit the kind of service we wanted. Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. I would like to say a massive thank you to Colin and his team for their help, support and dedication to the service provided to me for my husband. From the first phone call to Medway Funeral Directors, Colin was amazing. Very professional and extremely compassionate. The support that Colin gave me in planning my husband's funeral has been unbelievable. Whatever I asked for, Colin made it possible. His support and services go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I could not have got through this period and the funeral without Colin's help. Further, I would like to thank Kathryn the celebrant reccomend by Colin, for the wonderful service she did for my husband. This she made, so personal - it was as if Kathryn had known my husband for a long time. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and care of a close family friends service. Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.
