I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.

Colin arranged both my parents' funerals and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble. Colin is very sensitive, kind and compassionate which is what you need when you have lost someone you love. Colin made sure that everything went smoothly and considers even very small details. I cannot recommend Colin and his company highly enough.

All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved.
