We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care. In September I was required to arrange the funeral of an old friend who lived some distance away from me. Not having had to arrange a funeral before, I was lucky to be put in touch with the Stood office of your company, where Colin Randall provided me with excellent service and guidance. He smoothed the way with all concerned, making arrangements with the vicar of a local church in Gravesend and giving me an outline of the procedure, together with useful advice. The help given in providing the printed Order of Service at very short notice particularly impressed me, together with giving me tips on local facilities such as taxis and refreshments for the mourners after the funeral. I can heartily recommend Medway Funeral Directors for the prompt, caring help and attention to detail that the company, and especially Colin Randall, gave me at such a difficult time. Alan Walters

Colin & the team at Medway Funeral Directors go above & beyond to take a huge amount of stress out of planning funerals for your loved ones.
