  • We have used Colin at the Strood office for 2 funerals now and have been very impressed each time. Everything was explained very carefully and we were able to have what we wanted in terms of music from a CD. Suggestions were made which we really liked such as flowers for everybody to place on the casket. Many people who attended have also commented on how lovely the service was which is also thanks to the celebrants who were recommended to us. The florist recommendation was also excellent.

All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. We even planned a Golden Charter with them and this was managed kindly and expediently.   • I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and care of a close family friends service. Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

  • My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything. I can’t thank them enough

  • I cannot recommend Medway Funerals enough. We had the very sad experience of cremating my dad but Colin and his staff went above and beyond. No request was too much and they bent over backwards to carry out our wishes. They were so helpful from beginning to end doing everything they could for us at this very difficult time. We hope not to be seeing you again soon but should we require these type of services again in the future we shall definitely be returning. Thank you again from myself and my family x
