My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything. On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum

I couldn't recommend Colin and his team more at Medway Funeral Directors. I lost my Mum when she was only 48 years old and only being 22 myself I felt very lost and had obviously never had this responsibility before, but Colin was so helpful and nothing was ever too much for him and his team. From our first initial meeting, to planning the funeral day and all the little details, taking Mum into their care, sorting out the cars and flowers for us, and now sorting out the ashes, Colin has been amazing. Such a warm and helpful team that makes dealing with such a hard time a lot easier. Every single person who attended the service on the day and all of our close friends and family who we had spoken with about Medway Funeral Directors couldn't help but mention how professional they were, and how great they just were overall, and we couldn't agree more. We put our full trust into Medway Funeral Directors and we can truly say that we did the right thing with picking them to be our funeral directors, and in the unfortunate event of another death in the family we can say wholeheartedly that we wouldn't even think of looking anywhere else - they just hit the nail on the head. I cannot recommend Medway Funerals enough. We had the very sad experience of cremating my dad but Colin and his staff went above and beyond. No request was too much and they bent over backwards to carry out our wishes. They were so helpful from beginning to end doing everything they could for us at this very difficult time. We hope not to be seeing you again soon but should we require these type of services again in the future we shall definitely be returning. Thank you again from myself and my family x
