Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care.   • I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.

  • In a time of grief, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but Emma guided us through the arrangements with compassion and patience. I was always listened to, never rushed and any requirements we had were accommodated. Emma and the team are able to give a very personal, caring service while maintaining complete professionalism. This makes you feel that your loved one is in good hands. I cannot fault the service given and would absolutely recommend them.

  • I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.
