  • Medway Funeral Directors arranged the funerals for my Mother & Grandmother this spring. Colin was professional, understanding and respectful, always willing to do everything to make sure the funeral was right even though the arrangements were made over the phone due to the difficult circumstances this year.   • Cannot thank colin enough for the care kindness and support that he has shown our family .from the first visit to the day of our dads funeral nothing was too much trouble .a truly memorable day .dad would have been so proud.we have experience of another funeral directors in strood and there is no comparison at all colin and his team are amazing

  • Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.
