  • My mum passed away 3 weeks ago and Medway Funeral Directors were so efficient. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt that my mum was being respected whilst they took care of her and it was such a relief knowing that she was in safe hands. On the day of the funeral they talked us through it and guided members of the family who wanted to carry the coffin. For such a sad time for us, they made it easy to organise everything.   • Medway Funeral Directors arranged the funerals for my Mother & Grandmother this spring. Colin was professional, understanding and respectful, always willing to do everything to make sure the funeral was right even though the arrangements were made over the phone due to the difficult circumstances this year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin and Medway Funeral Directors in the future.

  • 5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.

  • Sadly lost my mother in December 2022. I cannot fault Medway Funeral Directors in any way. They have been so professional and most importantly have the upmost respect for whoever is in their care. Colin was fantastic and always more than happy to help. Could not recommend enough !   • When my husband of 60 years died, the thought of arranging his cremation was really daunting. I went to see Colin at Strood Medway funeral director’s and I couldn’t have wished for a kinder and more professional person to guide me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us as much of his time as we needed - never ever rushing us. He organised everything and was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop as he did it. He chose Yvonne to be our celebrant and again she did an excellent job meeting with us and really understanding my husband’s life and she delivered this so well in the Eulogy. We knew we could trust Colin to deliver a first class service and he did from beginning to end. I cannot recommend him more highly. Many many thanks from our family - you helped us through a very sad experience. Anne Healy
