  • In a time of grief, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but Emma guided us through the arrangements with compassion and patience. I was always listened to, never rushed and any requirements we had were accommodated. Emma and the team are able to give a very personal, caring service while maintaining complete professionalism. This makes you feel that your loved one is in good hands. I cannot fault the service given and would absolutely recommend them.

  • Many thanks to Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors, Frinsbury Road, Strood, from the first phone call they listened to what we had to say and with great professionalism and an understanding attitude they helped arrange my Husband's funeral everything went perfectly. Such a personal service provided by Colin, we would highly recommend them.

  • I had these funeral directors for my husbands cremation in January I was very pleased with the whole package, they were friendly and respectful at all times , explained everything plainly including cost,they all wore a red tie on the day a lovely touch in support of hubbys Liverpool football team, I would thoroughly recommend them on the unfortunate occasion that you need an undertaker, thank you very much x
