Emma is a deeply caring, compassionate and intuitive funeral director. She provides amazing care for the families she supports and ensures that their loved ones are treated with dignity, respect and gentleness whilst they are in her care. She has wonderful attention to detail, both during funeral preparations and on the day itself. She will ALWAYS go the extra mile and is one of the most professional and empathetic funeral directors I have had the privilege of working with. She is also supported by a phenomenal team and the entire company's ethos ensures that families end up with the perfect, personal farewell to those whose lives are being honoured. I recommend her without hesitation.

Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. Please feel free to use this in any document promoting your services, as at the time when you need support such as you and your team have provided. It does make a world of difference to the recently bereaved. I honestly had no idea what i was doing, and you made it all so easy, even in the strange and uncertain time with the virus.
