Cannot thank colin enough for the care kindness and support that he has shown our family .from the first visit to the day of our dads funeral nothing was too much trouble .a truly memorable day .dad would have been so proud.we have experience of another funeral directors in strood and there is no comparison at all colin and his team are amazing

Medway Funeral Director's offered a truly unique and personal funeral for my brother. They used his own vehicle to take him to the crematorium and the whole funeral was yellow themed to match. It felt more like an outing than a funeral, the friendly staff were lovely and put us at ease at such a sad time.

We contacted Medway Funeral Directors after being let down by another funeral company and delaying my husband’s funeral for 2 weeks. Colin and Zoe contacted us immediately and gave us a prompt appointment to start things moving on In less than a week they had transferred my husband’s remains to their offices and guided us through all the steps with care respect and love. With their support and professionalism we could give my husband the send of he deserved and after the funeral we were guided on the following steps of picking up the ashes, the selection of the urns etc. Thanks Colin, Zoe and Tara for having looked after my husband’s funeral and for looking after us, the family throughout the, without doubt, the most painful weeks of our life with the utmost respect, professionalism and care. They cared for my grandad so well. I visited my grandad & was comforted how peaceful & comfortable he looked. The coffin was lovely, it looked more like a moses basket. Colin was so kind & professional, it must be such a hard job & I really appreciated how lovely he is. Thank you

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and care of a close family friends service. Emma was so very present and heartfelt in the way she carried herself in the service and the way she went above and beyond to help the family. I really can’t thank her enough for everything she did leading up to and including that day making everything as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Deeply grateful for the service Emma and her team provided, even with how busy it is during this time , we were still given support and ample time to create the best send off for Tim.

Dear Emma Sorry, not too good with words, but just wanted to say thank you so very much. Couldn’t have wished for a better team, yourself, along with B, not forgetting the rest of the team, to give Mum the perfect send off. Everyone commented on what a lovely service it was, also thanks for being so kind and special, making me feel a lot more at ease on the sad day.
