To Emma & Team,
I just want to say a big big thank you again for everything you have done for me and my children at this very sad time.
I honestly had no idea what i was doing, and you made it all so easy, even in the strange and uncertain time with the virus.
Emma, i absolutely hate talking on the phone, gives me so much anxiety, but that very quickly went away with how kind and caring you are.
You are amazing, and i thank you again and again for all your help and support, and to everyone at Medway Funeral Directors, just a massive thank you for helping us at this heartbreaking time.
