We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our Father. From the very first meeting Colin put us at our ease and took the worry out of the day. He went out of his way to make sure we had the correct music and found a celebrant to fit the kind of service we wanted. We would like to thank Colin for the professional and considerate way he helped us with the arrangements. I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.
