All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. I couldn't have picked a better company to have undertaken the funeral arrangements for my late wife. All of the staff were both very caring and professional in the way they treated me. They also lifted a great weight from my shoulders by liaising directly with the other companies I wanted to use for floral tributes, printing the Order of Service and the venue for the Wake. I totally recommend this company knowing that you will receive the care and expertise you need at such a difficult time.

I used the best funeral directors to manage my 106 year old mum's funeral, they organized everything for me, ordering the flowers, creating the order of service, that relieved the pressure on me to produce it. Colin and his team organised everything and I cannot thank them enough. It was a perfect day, the whole experience went without a hitch.

Based on our experience in April '24, after the passing of our dear Mum, Colin and his team at Medway Funeral Directors were First Class! Their patience, experience and professionalism shone through making what can be a difficult time so much easier for us. From a church funeral to crematorium service and then onto the wake all the pre-planning and advice offered by Colin we acted on worked out so well and importantly kept us on track and on time. We were so pleased Mum had the send off she had wished for, so thanks again Colin to you and your team.

5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.
