All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. As a funeral celebrant, I am privileged to work with some of the best Funeral Directors in the industry. But there are always those that have a special place in your heart because you see how they always go that extra mile to give their families more, and to give them ideas to make the funeral for their loved ones something unique and special to them. Colin who runs the Frindsbury branch of Medway Funeral Directors is just such a person. I have seen the time and effort he puts in to helping his families at the most painful of times to find comfort in all the things he can put in place to give their loved ones a totally unique and special send of. I have been fortunate enough to have no need to deal with funeral arrangements until now. My Dad chose Medway funeral directors before his passing and I'm glad he did because Colin made the whole process easy for us. Colin answered all of my questions and helped through every stage of the process. Having to deal with the funeral wasn't nice but he totally appreciated how I felt about things and really took the time to talk to me about things. I'm truly grateful to you all and thank you for helping us give our dad a lovely send off.

I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.

I used the best funeral directors to manage my 106 year old mum's funeral, they organized everything for me, ordering the flowers, creating the order of service, that relieved the pressure on me to produce it. Colin and his team organised everything and I cannot thank them enough. It was a perfect day, the whole experience went without a hitch.
