  • Where to start, after my Father passed away Colin and his team were so helpful, professional and ensured my Dad's send off was exactly as he would have wanted it. The Celebrant he recommended (Gemma) was amazing, the florist he recommended (Pick a Posy) gave us stunning array of funeral flowers. All in all Colin made a heartbreaking day pass so smoothly without fault. Thanks Colin, would highly recommend your services.

  • Our family used this funeral directors 8 years ago after our dad passed and more recently when our mother passed. From day one the service we received on both funerals was second to none.   • 5 star service all the way! My dear mother sadly passed away in June of this year (2023) and soon after I contacted Medway Funeral Director to arrange her burial. The whole process was new to me and Colin explained, guided and supported me through it from start to finish. My questions were answered in a calm and friendly manner and any change or alteration I wanted for my mum's burial were nicely accommodated. The service provided was 1st class and I will 100% recommend Medway Funeral Directors.

Just a little note
Dear Emma and to all of you at Chatham Medway Funeral Service I just wanted to say a Big Thank You for all of the care you gave to my mum MAP.  Emma from the moment we did the arrangements, to making sure mum was dressed, had her make up and hair done.  For all the support when we came to view mum, we were given so much time and compassion, to every last detail to the end of her service and more, you have been amazing.  I cannot thank you enough for giving my mum, such a dignified send off, with all the little extras.  I will definitely be recommending you to others and will definitely be using you again, hopefully not too soon though.
