Dear Colin, Thank you for providing a smooth and well presented funeral for Nancy today. All the details requested were noted by you, confirmed ahead of time and the support and management of our family pall bearers was ‘just great’ We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for mum The importance of a good send off cannot be underestimated, recognising that it is a time of stress, this was reduced / removed and all in your good and capable hands. Having your team also wear their ties of colour, ensured the flavour of mums send off was upheld. Their smooth support to me in the supply of pocket tissues was so appreciated. Immediate and kind. We appreciate all the support that you offered in this funeral journey and without question would recommend you to others. On the 14th February we lost our beloved mum. Our Queen Bee. From the night of our mum passing, Colin and his team were there after our mum. support us taking over the care of our mum. Sincere, supportive, caring and very compasion . On the18th March COLIN, you AND your YOUR TEAM took us all on our mum,s final journey Thank you. Highly recommend what you did for mum in her final journey was amazing. She would have loved the horses She would have loved the horses as I know all the family said it was very fitting for our mum

We used Medway Funeral Directors for the funeral of our baby daughter who was sadly born sleeping. Any funeral is horrible to have to arrange, but as you can image it's super hard for your baby. Colin really was superb every step of the way through organising, for the actual day and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. He even helped us with being able to drive our girl to the funeral in our campervan. He listened to our wishes and helped match us to a lovely life celebrant Chele who was fabulous. Colin also helped us with a florist too, again they were fantastic and helped make stunning garlands for Helga our camper. On the actual funeral day everything was just perfect and went so smoothly (other than the weather) and I really can not thank Colin and his team enough for their support and professionalism. I will always be grateful for such a beautiful day for our daughter

I suddenly found myself having to organise a funeral, which I'd never had to do before. I contacted Medway funeral directors to walk me through the process and Colin was so informative and supportive. There was no pressure to use them it was Colin's sincerity and compassion that made me go back after we registered the death. Budget was an issue but we still managed to give our loved one the best send off. I hope that I don't have to go through the process for a while yet but if I do I know where I will go. Thank you so much to Colin and the team I can't thank you enough.
